1) Acceptance of these Terms; eligibility

By accessing or using the Maparxizex website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2) Service description; scope and limitations

Maparxizex provides educational and informational content related to roof maintenance and home protection for homeowners. This may include seasonal inspection guidance, gutter and drainage information, signs of wear, safety reminders, tools and materials overviews, and general planning guidance.

The Site does not provide professional roofing, engineering, or construction services, and it does not replace a professional on-site inspection. Building conditions vary widely. Advice that is appropriate for one home, climate, or roof type may not be appropriate for another.

You are responsible for evaluating whether any information on the Site is appropriate for your situation. For urgent issues (including active water intrusion, electrical hazards, structural sagging, or storm damage), contact a qualified local professional.

3) User obligations

You agree to use the Site lawfully and in a manner consistent with its educational purpose. When interacting with the Site, including any contact form submission, you agree that you will:

• Provide accurate information when you choose to submit a message and avoid impersonating any person or entity.
• Use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes unless you have our written permission.

7) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maparxizex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if Maparxizex has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maparxizex’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms is limited to the lesser of (a) the amount you paid to Maparxizex for the Site in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (if any), or (b) €100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such cases, the above limitation may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law, but it will apply to the greatest extent permitted.

8) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maparxizex, its owners, and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree that the courts of London, England will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, and you consent to venue in those courts.

13) Termination; suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or engaged in activity that could harm the Site or our operations.

The following sections will survive termination: Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law and Dispute Resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

14) Modifications to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective 14 days after we post the updated Terms on this page, unless a change is required by law to take effect sooner.

Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Site.
